đź“ş UCI MIND is coming to Spectrum News 1!

Tune in to Spectrum News 1 this Saturday at 11 a.m. for a story featuring UCI MIND faculty Dr. S. Ahmad Sajjadi and Dr. Joshua Grill, along with TRC-LATE study participants.

TRC-LATE is a multisite study working to improve detection of LATE, a brain disease that affects memory and thinking in older adults and can resemble Alzheimer’s disease. The study aims to develop better ways to identify LATE and support future clinical trials.

This collaborative effort brings together researchers at UC Irvine, Oregon Health & Science University, the University of Washington, the University of Southern California, and UC San Diego.

We’re grateful to our participants for sharing their experiences and helping bring greater visibility to dementia research.
