Dr. Karen Lincoln Appointed Co-Chair of New State Council on Toxic Substance Control

The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) has appointed Dr. Karen Lincoln, a faculty member at UCI MIND, as a co-chair of its Environmental Justice Advisory Council (EJAC).
