Dr. Messoloras and campus choral ensemble earn national honors

UCI Chamber Singers perform at the Finding Light: Alzheimer's Stories Event on March 11thUCI Chamber Singers,  the premier choral ensemble of Claire Trevor School of the Arts, has been awarded The American Prize in Choral Performance – college/university division for 2025. “We are honored and grateful to receive this national award,” said professor Irene Messoloras, director of choral activities. “It shines a meaningful light on the heart, dedication and spirit our students bring to every rehearsal and performance. It also affirms the vibrant connection, creativity and community that make UC Irvine so special.”
